Produced on the renowned Castleton Estate from seed-propagated, classic china bush plants, this lot (DJ 161) offers an accessible taste of the region’s history.

Richly fragrant and dynamically flavorful, Darjeelings are jewels of the black tea category. Plucked from the foothills of the Himalayas in mid-spring—a few weeks after first flush harvest—the small leaves are rolled, fully oxidized and baked before a careful final sorting by hand.
