Refund policy
We take great care in sourcing our products. If you feel that you have not received what you expected, please note our return policy:

Unused accessories or unopened tea can be returned within 15 days of purchase. You must notify us first if you would like to initiate a return: info@inpursuitoftea.com.

Accessories or tea must be unused and in new condition upon receipt. If item is found damaged, used or open, we will not be able to issue a refund.

All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless items were damaged upon arrival.

Payments made via credit card can be credited back to the original card used, or a store credit can be issued.

For returns on any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

Subscription Policy
Subscriptions to our IPOT Omakase monthly tea club and to our other products can be cancelled or paused at any time. To adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription, click here to access our subscriptions portal. You can also email info@inpursuitoftea.com with your request and we will promptly update your subscription per your request.
