When simmered with milk, this house-made blend transports you the lush landscapes of India. Our time-tested recipe uses a base of strong, single-estate Assam tea that balances perfectly with the warming spices of cinnamon and cardamom, and a hint of heat from ginger and cloves. Many like to sweeten it; others enjoy it plain, prepared as a traditional black tea.
