Herbal

Herbals are not technically tea, although the term "herbal tea" is ubiquitous in the United States. Europeans refer to these as tisanes or infusions, which is more accurate because they are made from a variety of different plants, flowers, herbs or roots, not the tea plant Camellia sinensis

Popular around the world for their medicinal and calming qualities, they have unique flavors and are naturally caffeine-free. Herbal infusions are best prepared with boiling water and are less sensitive to overbrewing than other teas.
